He has been certified by both the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners since 1996. After three years of post-graduate work that involved over 400 hours of specialized training, and an eight month internship in Augusta, Georgia, he became a board certified Atlas Orthogonist in 1999. He has been rated Advanced Proficient from Activator Methods since 1996.

The Techniques of Atlas Orthogonal Care
Dr. Greller treats his patients with the combination of Atlas Orthogonal Care and activator techniques.
An Atlas Orthogonist is a chiropractor with extensive training in the upper region of the spine, who utilizes a light force method of adjusting the top cervical vertebrae, known as the atlas. This method is gentle, effective and safe. This technique helps restore the alignment in the spine using a specialized instrument table that can deliver a light force adjustment to the top vertebrae of the spine at an exact angle. When misaligned, the atlas, or first vertebrae, causes other areas of the spine to shift and compensate in order to support the weight of the head. When the atlas is successfully realigned, structural and neurological balance is restored to the body, allowing healing and pain relief to take place. Because the procedure is painless and does not utilize strenuous or forceful manipulations of the delicate areas of the neck, it is suitable for people of all ages, even those in weakened states of health. This technique has been proven particularly effective for the treatment of migraine headaches and whiplash, in addition to standard conditions treated by conventional forms of chiropractic. The doctor also has an advanced proficiency rating using an instrument called the activator. The activator adjusting instrument is a hand-held device which can produce a consistent low-force, high-speed chiropractic adjustment that is gentle and painless.
